According to Article 17 of the Detailed Rules for the Development of party member, grass-roots party committees or county-level party committees organize short-term intensive training for development targets, and the training time is not less than three days (or not less than twenty-four class hours).

This time arrangement can ensure that there is enough time to systematically introduce and explain relevant knowledge and skills, so that they can master the required knowledge and skills.
