At present, China's classified management system implements classified responsibility system.

3. Carry out safety education and training: identify the responsible person, confidentiality inspector and confidentiality committee from the perspective of confidentiality. To popularize information security knowledge to all on-the-job personnel.

4. Confirmation of confidential information: The person responsible for confidentiality determination shall confirm the confidential information, determine the confidentiality level, and classify, file, back up, store and transmit it.

5. Classified protection and isolated storage: According to the confidentiality level of information, strict measures are taken to flexibly manage and arrange safe storage and classified protection.
