Engineering overview
The high-voltage test hall is 55 meters high, 52 meters wide and 6 1 meter long. The wall enclosure structure adopts 75mm thick sandwich polyurethane sandwich panel, and the wallboard adopts the form of vertical plate. The height of the veneer is about 14 m and the weight is about 200 kg. It is difficult to construct, which is reflected in the greater longitudinal flexibility of the slab and the greater wind force during high-altitude construction.
Construction arrangement
According to the characteristics of this project, the steam crane is used to unload the goods at the construction site; On-site transshipment adopts manual transportation; The external wall panel is hoisted by truck crane, hanging basket and ladder climbing system, which is directly used for vertical transportation and installation of external wall panel.
According to the site conditions, first, external wall panels are installed on the east and north facades, and each facade is arranged with a ZuoYeDui, and the installation sequence is from bottom to top.
The exterior wall facing of CTC workshop is installed by ladder.
