Briefly describe the evaluation index of training effect. ?
Training effect evaluation indicators include:

(1) cognitive performance

Cognitive performance is used to judge the trainees' familiarity with the principles, facts, techniques, procedures and processes emphasized in the training plan. It can measure what students have learned in the training program.

(2) Skill achievement

Skill achievement includes skill acquisition or learning and skill application (skill transformation). It is used to evaluate trainees' technical and sports skills and their behaviors.

(3) Emotional achievement

Emotional achievement includes the attitude and motivation of trainees. One kind of emotional achievement is the trainees' response to the training plan. Other types include tolerance for diversity, learning motivation, attitude towards safety and customer service orientation.

(4) Effective results

The effective results are used to judge the return of the training program to the enterprise.

(5) Net income from investment

The net income from investment refers to the value that the enterprise obtains from the training project after comparing the monetary income generated by training with the training cost.
