I. Basic introduction

1, Shanghai University Sports Center consists of gymnasium, training hall, swimming pool and tennis court. The swimming pool, with a building area of 9940m2, consists of a standard swimming pool of 25m× 50m and a practice pool of 13m× 25m, which has been tested and confirmed as a standard competition hall by China Swimming Association. In 2005, the rescue team was rated as an advanced group by Shanghai Swimming Rescue Association.

Second, opening hours and prices.

1. In summer (usually in July and August), the 25m× 50m standard pool is opened for cold water, and the 3m× 25m training pool is opened for warm water/kloc-0, which is opened in autumn, winter and spring respectively.

2. Opening hours: summer13: 00-21:00; Open hours of warm water are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 14:00-20:00 (subject to the latest notice).

3. Fares:

Cold water: off-campus 12 yuan/hour, on-campus 8 yuan/hour, and children under 0.2m 5 yuan/hour.

Warm water: off campus 15 yuan/hour, on campus 10 yuan/hour.

Note: There are no games, so you can travel on demand.

Three. Swimming training (mainly during summer opening hours)

Training courses 1, 10 to 15 people, requiring learners to be more than 1.3 meters tall, and personal tutors 1-3 people as a group;

2. The first phase lasts for 10 days, and every day lasts for10.5 hours. The price is 280 yuan Phase I;

3. Beginners mainly use breaststroke, basically learn posture standards, master ventilation techniques, and swim more than 20 meters independently;

4. Training content: beginner class, advanced class and advanced class (multi-style).
