Those who can sell psychotropic drugs of category II, toxic drugs for medical use and deal in frozen drugs, blood products and biological products for cell therapy shall be listed separately in the business scope of the Drug Business License.

The business scope of the Drug Business License will include cold storage and frozen drugs, and pharmacies certainly need a business license.
