Application procedure

(1) The applicant logs into the practice certificate management system of this Association, fills in the application form for practice certificate, and submits the printed written application form and other application materials as stipulated in Article 8 to the institution;

(2) The qualification manager of the institution shall confirm the Application Form for Practice Certificate in the first instance, keep the written application form in the institution for future reference, and submit the electronic application form to the Association;

(3) The Association shall examine the application form for practicing certificate submitted by the institution, and may require the institution to submit a written application form and relevant certification materials when necessary. The association shall complete the examination within 30 days from the date of receiving the complete application materials.
