How to pay wages during epidemic control?
Legal analysis: wages will generally be paid normally during the epidemic. Affected by the epidemic, according to the following conditions to pay:

(a) for patients with infectious pneumonia in novel coronavirus, suspected patients, close contacts during isolation treatment or medical observation, as well as isolation measures or other emergency measures implemented by the government, the enterprise shall be regarded as providing normal labor and paying employees wages for normal working hours.

(2) If the enterprise stops production due to the epidemic and the wage payment period does not exceed one (up to 30 days), the wages shall be paid according to the normal working hours. If the payment period of wages exceeds one period, wages can be paid according to the labor provided by the workers and the newly agreed standards; If an enterprise fails to arrange for its employees to work, it shall pay their living expenses according to the standard of not less than the local minimum wage, and the living expenses shall be paid until the enterprise resumes work, production or terminates labor relations.

(3) After consultation with employees, the enterprise may give priority to employees' paid annual leave. Among them, employees who have worked for 1 year but less than1year are entitled to 5 days of annual leave; Annual leave 10 days if it is over/kloc-0 years but less than 20 years; Annual leave 15 days for those who have completed 20 years. Employees enjoy the same salary income during paid annual leave as during normal working hours.

Legal basis: Article 50 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be paid to the laborer himself on a monthly basis in the form of currency. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
