2. Customer source analysis. According to the flow of local people in the venue, the proportion of family trips, women and consumers is analyzed, and the investment amount of the hotel needs to be added with operating income. Allocate funds effectively in the initial stage of investment, reasonably control the volume of buildings and guest rooms according to the analysis of tourists, and make a good prediction of return period.
3. Determine the scale. The scale of homestays should fully consider the number of tourists in the area and the number of homestays around the proposed site, and reasonably control its own scale and volume.
4. Other matters needing attention: booking method, extended services other than accommodation, basic documents to be handled, capital budget, etc.
