Advantages:

I like teaching. Children can think and inspire them with the questions you throw one by one, which is a very fun thing. This is also a point that I hesitate to take the exam, because the children at school may be mixed, and many don't want to attend classes. Moreover, the primary school content of the school is relatively basic, and teaching may be a bit boring.
(4) Salary is a point that I don't pay much attention to, so I put it at the end. But in fact, salary is also the motivation for me to renew my report every time. I still have a lot to learn in communication skills with parents. In fact, if the data is good, I can get an annual salary in two or three years, which is the kind of full-time vocational education. It is easy to earn more than 10,000 yuan a month, and the business of educational institutions in winter and summer vacations is better and the salary is higher.
Disadvantages:
(1) The workload is quite concentrated, and it is very tiring to stand on weekends, especially in winter and summer vacations. Protect your throat, too. It would be much better to wear a bee. Don't shout.
(2) Can't travel, why are you late, leave class early, can't log in to the courseware without a mobile phone, and the class topic is miscalculated. This is very serious, and parents are watching from behind when teaching. Being complained is not so bad, but I'm in a bad mood.
(3) I will worry that I can't go to class because of my poor health, my income can't be guaranteed, or my medical expenses are too high but my medical benefits are not good enough.
(4) After the age of 30, you may encounter career bottlenecks and fail to pass the exam. Where to go, you can only sharpen yourself as a famous teacher, do teaching and research or do management.
