I mainly study raw material knowledge, processing theory, catering management, nutrition and hygiene, pastry theory, cooking art, cooking theory and technology, food psychology, knife work, vegetable carving, cold-made art, cost accounting and other courses. "3+2" international trade

I mainly study international trade, import and export trade practice, international finance, accounting, western economics, foreign trade English, foreign trade English correspondence and telecommunications, international marketing, economic introduction and other courses. This major trains technical application-oriented talents who master the basic theory and knowledge of international trade, have basic practical skills of foreign trade, have strong practical ability and employment competitiveness, and can engage in production management and service of export-oriented enterprises. Tourism management and business

Specialized courses are offered by our school in cooperation with Swiss HTMI College, and mainly study the courses of introduction to tourism, tourism psychology, business reading and translation, basic knowledge of tour guides, modern business foundation, tour guide practice, policies and regulations, etc. This major trains junior and intermediate service and management talents who have the knowledge and skills of tourism market development and management and tour guide business, can adapt to the development and needs of tourism, and have high comprehensive quality. Graduates who have obtained the secondary school diploma and passed the foreign language examination can get a junior college diploma after two years' study in HTMI (International Hotel Tourism Management) College in Switzerland, and an undergraduate diploma after three years' study.

I mainly study hotel service and management, business oral english, service psychology, room management, service psychology and other courses. Chinese and Western Cuisine (Beijing Jinsongban)

I mainly study raw material knowledge, nutrition and hygiene, cooking art, western food making, cooking raw material processing technology, pastry making, food carving and cold mixing, knife work, pastry and cost accounting. This major trains junior and intermediate chefs who are engaged in Chinese and western cooking in tourism and catering services. After studying in our school for two years, the selected students will be sent to Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School for further training for one year.

Electrical Maintenance (Zheng Tai Group)

I mainly study electrical engineering, electronic technology, electrical instrumentation and measurement, circuit analysis, computer application technology, automatic detection and control technology and other courses. This major mainly trains application-oriented professionals engaged in system operation, automatic control, assembly and maintenance related to electrical engineering.
