The epidemic situation is severe and complicated. In order to ensure the life safety and health of teachers and students, according to the requirements of the Notice of Huainan Municipality on Further Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation issued by the Office of the Comprehensive Emergency Command of Huainan Municipality, the notice is as follows:

First, suspend offline training.

From March 16, 2022, all kinds of off-campus training institutions in the city stopped offline training. The recovery training time and related requirements will be notified separately according to the epidemic situation. All training institutions should do a good job in publicizing and explaining parents, obtain their understanding, cooperation and support, and properly handle related matters.

Second, strengthen publicity and guidance.

All off-campus training institutions in the city should strengthen the publicity and prevention of COVID-19 for students and parents through WeChat group, SMS and a letter to parents, and guide students to do a good job in epidemic prevention and study life. It is strictly forbidden to participate in any off-campus offline training activities.

Third, implement the responsibility of prevention and control.

All training institutions in the city should earnestly shoulder the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of epidemic prevention and control, and do everything.

Teaching and training personnel of various training institutions are not allowed to leave the Huaihe River.

Fourth, severely punish according to law.

Off-campus training institutions that start or resume classes without authorization, as well as institutions and individuals that carry out training activities without permission, will be dealt with according to relevant laws, regulations and documents. The municipal and county education and sports authorities jointly set up a joint law enforcement group with the public security, market supervision bureau, cultural tourism, health, science and technology departments to carry out joint law enforcement. Those who refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control measures will be found together and severely punished.
