(1) subsidy standard for adaptive training: All self-employed (self-employed) retired soldiers should participate in adaptive training (not less than 80 class hours, of which the intensive study time is not less than 50% of the total class hours), and the subsidy standard for funds (training fees and accommodation fees) during intensive training should not exceed 350 yuan per person per day.
(2) Subsidy standard for entrepreneurship training: Veterans who are willing to start a business can sign up for entrepreneurship training organized by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Training fee and accommodation fee shall be subsidized according to the 400 yuan per person per day, and the total amount of subsidy shall not exceed RMB 16000 per person.
(3) Subsidy standard for vocational skills training: The duration of vocational skills training is generally 3- 10 month, and the longest is 3 years. Generally, it is full-time training, 50% theoretical study and 50% skill practice. After passing the training, each person will receive a monthly subsidy of 1.400 yuan, including training accommodation fee of 800 yuan, food subsidy of 400 yuan and scholarship of 200 yuan. The subsidy period is calculated according to the actual training time.
Secondary and advanced vocational skills training will be subsidized at the rate of 7500 yuan per person per year (10 month) after passing the training, including tuition and fees of 4000 yuan (including internship fee, skill appraisal fee and personal accident insurance fee). ) and a living allowance of 3,500 yuan. The subsidy period is calculated according to the actual training time, with a maximum of 2 years.
(4) Individualized training subsidy standard: Ex-servicemen can apply to the Veterans Affairs Department to participate in individualized training in designated training institutions. Personalized training is organized in full-time mode in principle, and project management is implemented. The subsidy standard for training fees and accommodation fees shall not exceed 10000 yuan per person.
(V) Subsidy standard for full-time secondary vocational school students retiring and returning to school: Those who retire to their original schools before September 2020 will be given a living allowance of 3,500 yuan per person per year. Those who retire from school after September 2020 will no longer be given living allowance, and can participate in other education and training and enjoy subsidies as required.
(VI) Subsidy standard for academic education: Retired soldiers who entered the school before September 2020, retired for more than one year and took the national unified examination, and were admitted to full-time ordinary colleges and universities (who have enjoyed the state education subsidy according to regulations) and retired soldiers who resumed their studies, after obtaining the corresponding certificates, the provincial and local finances will give subsidies at the standard of 5,000 yuan per person per year.
Retired soldiers who participated in the national unified examination and were admitted to full-time colleges and universities within one year after retirement (not enjoying state education funding) and retired soldiers who participated in full-time adult education, after obtaining the corresponding certificates, shall be subsidized by provincial and local finance at 9000 yuan per person per year. Retired soldiers participating in amateur or correspondence (except network distance education) adult higher education, after obtaining academic certificates, shall be subsidized by the provincial and local governments at a rate of 5,400 yuan per person per year.
After September, 2020, those who enroll students in full-time ordinary colleges and universities, take the national unified examination, enroll students in higher vocational colleges, enroll students for the society and resume their studies (those who have enjoyed the state education subsidy according to the regulations) will be subsidized by the provincial and local finance at a rate of 3,000 yuan per semester, and those who participate in the flexible academic system will be subsidized at a rate of 1.800 yuan per semester.
Those who do not enjoy the national education subsidy will be subsidized by the provincial and local governments according to the central financial subsidy standard (schools need to issue personal tuition payment certificates), and will be subsidized by 3,000 yuan per semester. Those who participate in the flexible academic system will be subsidized by 1.800 yuan per semester.
Retired soldiers who participate in amateur or correspondence (except online distance education) adult higher education will be subsidized by provincial and local finance according to the standard of 1500 yuan per person per semester after obtaining their academic credentials, and will be awarded scholarships per person per semester 1500 yuan.
