(1) Work objective
With the main contents of establishing teachers' teaching concept of modern vocational education, improving professional teaching methods, and improving teachers' professional skills and practical teaching ability, we will seriously organize provincial training for professional backbone teachers and complete the training plan for 2000 people (see Annex 1 for details). Start the standardization construction of professional backbone teachers' training in secondary vocational schools in our province, organize relevant training bases to formulate provincial-level training curriculum standards for professional teachers in computer and application, computer network technology, electronic appliances, numerical control technology, automobile application and maintenance, nursing, tourism service and management, hotel service and management, accounting, industry and civil architecture, etc. 10, and promote the scientific and standardized construction of teacher training.
(2) Work measures
Establish a provincial professional backbone teacher training project management office in * provincial secondary vocational schools, and strengthen the coordination between training bases and vocational schools. The office is located in * province vocational education teaching research room, and its main responsibilities are:
1. According to the annual provincial professional backbone teacher training plan issued by the Provincial Department of Education, supervise and implement the trainees to participate in the training in time. Responsible for electronic registration and online management of provincial training for professional backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools.
2 responsible for the development of provincial professional backbone teachers training standards.
3. Assist relevant offices to do a good job in quality monitoring, supervision and inspection of provincial training for professional backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools.
* Provincial Vocational Education Teaching Research Office should attach great importance to the provincial training of professional backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools, adopt the method of "full-time, part-time and appointment", select outstanding personnel to enrich the project management office, and urge the project management office to earnestly perform its duties.
(3) Job requirements
1. All provincial cities and schools should send professional backbone teachers to participate in the training. According to the training plan of provincial professional backbone teachers in 20* years, the backbone teachers will be sent to the designated training base to participate in the training on time to ensure the smooth completion of the training plan. This year, we have tried to cultivate at different levels in some majors such as the application of numerical control technology. Teachers with good professional skills or who have participated in training can be selected into advanced classes for training. Please submit the list of key teachers and school contact information to the provincial professional key teacher training project management office before April 3 1 20*.
2. The training base should further improve the training quality. On the basis of summarizing the training experience of 20* years, all training bases should solicit the opinions of teachers in secondary vocational schools, further improve the training plan from the aspects of training organization, training content, training objectives, training methods, graduation assessment, guarantee conditions, etc., implement small-class and graded training for emerging majors and shortage majors, effectively enhance the pertinence of training and ensure the quality of training. It is necessary to select experts and scholars in related majors and form an excellent team of training teachers. Each training base should invite * provincial vocational education experts and professional leaders recognized by the Provincial Department of Education to carry out special training on advanced vocational education concepts and teaching methods at home and abroad (coordinated and implemented by the project management office according to the training base arrangement). See Annex 2 for the training time and place of each major.
Two, secondary vocational school teachers' educational technology training work
(1) Work objective
In order to improve teachers' ability to use modern educational theory and modern educational information technology, and realize the scientific and systematic design, development, utilization, evaluation and management of teaching resources, all provinces and cities have carried out teacher education technology training, and completed the training task of 8,000 people (see Annex 3 for the specific training plan). Develop the application of modern educational technology in vocational education and teaching.
(2) Work measures
1. Strengthen the construction of training bases. For the first time, it is proposed that the cities under the provincial jurisdiction that carry out teacher education technology training should establish about two training bases (not in county-owned schools) in accordance with the * evaluation standard of teacher education technology ability training bases of provincial secondary vocational schools, which mainly undertake the task of local teacher education technology training. 20* years before the end of March, will declare the training base materials (self-evaluation table against the evaluation standard) and training implementation plan were submitted to the Provincial Department of Education Vocational Education and Adult Education Department and the office of the leading group. In 20* years, the training bases determined by pilot provinces and cities should increase investment, provide excellent training facilities and further improve training conditions.
2. Hold training courses for educational technology teachers. The Provincial Department of Education will organize the second batch of modern educational technology teacher training courses in a unified way, set up a team of teachers to guide teachers' educational technology training in secondary vocational schools in * province, and strengthen the construction of training teachers. Before April 30, 20* years, the provincial cities that took the lead in developing educational technology training should submit the list of teachers in the training base recognized this year to the office of the leading group. The Provincial Department of Education plans to carry out teacher training in the training base in May, and the training time and place will be notified separately.
3 to carry out the pilot work of educational technology popularization and application. The Provincial Department of Education will select some majors from 2 to 3 provincial schools to carry out the pilot application of educational technology. The municipalities under the jurisdiction of the first batch of pilot projects will select at least some majors from 1 schools to carry out the pilot application, and give key support to those with outstanding achievements and summarize and promote them. Hold a seminar on educational technology for principals, and conduct special training for school principals who have already carried out teacher educational technology training, so as to create conditions for comprehensively popularizing the application of educational technology in education and teaching. Schools applying for the pilot will submit the Pilot Program of Educational Technology Application to the Vocational Education and Adult Education Department of the Provincial Department of Education before March 3 1 20*, and the list of principals participating in the training will be submitted to the Office of the Leading Group.
(3) Job requirements
1. We should sum up the experience of training pilot projects in nine provinces and cities, further improve the training work and ensure the training quality. 2. The training targets are still mainly secondary vocational school teachers at or above the municipal level. City and county (city) Education Bureaus under the provincial jurisdiction should attach great importance to the application of modern information technology to teachers in rural vocational schools, actively carry out school-based training, and lay a foundation for the subsequent development of educational technology training for teachers in rural vocational schools.
Third, the training schedule.
In principle, the provincial training of professional backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools and the training of teachers' educational technology are carried out during the summer vacation. At the beginning of July, the training of provincial professional backbone teachers began, and the training of teacher education technology began at the end of July. All schools should reasonably arrange and co-ordinate the national training, provincial training and teacher education technology training of professional teachers. All training bases should make arrangements for this year's training as soon as possible according to the actual situation of their own units.
Carrying out teacher training in vocational schools is an important measure to improve teachers' teaching ability and quality. Education administrative departments at all levels, vocational schools and training bases should attach great importance to it, strengthen leadership, increase investment, establish an effective security system, and formulate specific implementation plans in combination with actual research to ensure the smooth implementation of teacher training in vocational schools this year. All secondary vocational schools should, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice, actively select key teachers to participate in training, overcome difficulties, take effective measures, earnestly implement them, and work together with Qi Xin to ensure the successful completion of this year's training tasks.
