What are the main contents of three-coordinate training?
In order to better serve the vast number of users and skillfully use CMM as soon as possible, CMM operators should be specially trained before delivery. Generally speaking, it takes five working days for elementary tutorial training and eight to 10 working days for advanced tutorial training. The contents of CMM training mainly include the following points:

1.CMM system introduction: including simple circuit and gas path knowledge, probe system introduction and daily maintenance of the machine.

2. Overview of three-coordinate software interface, as well as matters needing attention in using ACDMIS software lock.

3. Knowledge of three-coordinate probe assembly and calibration

4. Basic geometric elements (concepts of radius compensation and workpiece coordinate system)

5. Method of establishing workpiece coordinate system (workpiece alignment)

6. Structure and relationship (theoretical elements and related elements)

7. Understand the shape error and position error

8. Additional functions of measurement software package (special calculation, working environment setting, fuzzy identification)

9. Tolerance setting and output, saving and printing measurement results (virtual printing)

10. Programming and program running

1 1. Model import and transformation and graphic operation method

12. Three-coordinate NC scanning

13. Understand the non-contact measurement function and compound correction (when configuring the optical system)

14. The actual operation of three coordinates.

15. To sum up, daily maintenance, maintenance and emergency treatment are carried out in view of the use process of three coordinates.

16. Training effect evaluation, including written test and equipment operation test.
