A. The qualification certificate for special construction operations is valid for 6 years, and the special construction operations personnel who need to go through the replacement procedures should apply to the nearest training and assessment station within 3 months before the expiration of the certificate, and the holder himself or his current employer shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice on Issues Concerning the Extension of the Qualification Certificate for Special Construction Operations. Those who pass the deferred examination shall be issued with a new operation qualification certificate. The qualification certificate is valid for 6 years. If the replacement procedures are not completed within the time limit, the original certificate will automatically become invalid after the expiration of the validity period.

Two, apply for personnel engaged in special construction operations, shall meet the following basic conditions.

(a) at least 18 years of age and meet the age requirements specified in relevant types of work;

(2) Having passed the physical examination in the hospital, and having no diseases or physical defects that prevent them from engaging in corresponding special operations;

(3) Junior high school education or above;
