Entrepreneurship training is a universal education work. Teaching covers all aspects of entrepreneurship, with simple knowledge and consideration for different groups. First, broaden your knowledge and learn more from others.
Entrepreneurship training is an excellent learning and growth platform, which provides a lot of opportunities to communicate with people with entrepreneurial will and ability. Learning from excellent students and peers, having more opportunities to get in touch with the big coffee in the industry and being well informed will naturally change people's ideas, thus affecting people's behavior, making people's eyes different and their judgment and decision-making ability greatly enhanced.
The leaders of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security invited five outstanding trainers, Deng Baoshan, Shi Keming, Wei Xin, Dai Qing and Jiang Zhiquan. Teacher Deng Baoshan gave two wonderful speeches, which fully discussed topics such as improving the training ability of lecturers and doing a good job in innovation and entrepreneurship. Mr. Shi Keming is a low-key person who doesn't like publicity or taking pictures. He likes to talk face to face with students in private. Every time I meet him, he always gains a lot. Teacher Shi is full of rational speculation, and always puts forward original opinions on the logical relationship of courses, new textbooks and details of games. He said, "What we should be most concerned about as trainers is, what can we leave to the trainees?" This kind of strategic questioning and reminding has benefited me a lot. On the contrary, when our existing knowledge and experience form barriers and we are used to staring at others with our arms as a sign, there will always be a "so many" voices in our hearts, and we will stand still. Cherish every cooperation between trainers and improve together through mutual learning and running-in.
Third, active service and continuous accumulation.
What's valuable in the market? Experience and problem-solving ability. Does this mean that you can't be an excellent entrepreneurial mentor without starting a business? Not necessarily.
At the beginning of this year, I was lucky enough to listen to a lecture on EYB given by Deng Baoshan. He defined himself as "being a health care teacher for small and micro enterprises" and helping entrepreneurs solve practical problems with consulting services. Judging from his lectures, there are almost no traces of teaching skills, everything is natural, and rich cases are attractive dry goods, especially attracting students. The combination of training and consultation, teaching and follow-up service is the correct growth direction of lecturers. To provide consulting services for students, lecturers must stand in the perspective of students' entrepreneurship, face various practical problems, think carefully, plan repeatedly, and keep their thinking mode close to actual operation, so as to gain a lot of valuable experience. From 2065438 to 2006, I spent a whole year helping a disabled training institution (Pingdingshan Shanshan Vocational Training School) for free, and accompanied them through the whole process of establishment, which benefited me a lot.
Fourth, multiple attempts and innovative practices.
Entrepreneurship training lecturers from all over the world have actively entered the market and made a lot of useful explorations. Wei Xin, a teacher from Chongqing, saw the synchronous growth of enterprises and entrepreneurship training, and the company's listing achieved leap-forward development, which is the representative of the transformation from trainers to entrepreneurs. Many training lecturers are actively developing business-oriented business training courses, which have achieved fruitful results. Teacher Fan Qi, a Henan trainer, has devoted himself to research for many years and developed an entrepreneurial training model with independent intellectual property rights. After the evaluation and acceptance by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, it has been popularized and used among college students, which has produced a good response.
Everyone has different resources, and successful entrepreneurs are few after all. However, as most ordinary training lecturers, they run their own lives with business thinking, and have gained something in many fields through stock trading, house purchase and equity participation, greatly improving their self-awareness and efficiency. Entrepreneurship training has not only changed people's ideas, but also substantially changed many people's lives. The feedback of these achievements to the classroom will inevitably greatly improve the teaching effect.
