(two) explore ways to improve the investment efficiency of the government and owners, scientifically predict and control the project cost, promote the application of modern management technology in the project cost consulting industry, and provide suggestions to the construction administrative department; (three) entrusted by the administrative department of the government, undertake the specific work of engineering cost consulting industry and cost engineer qualification and vocational education, study the professional ethics and contract model of engineering cost consulting industry, and popularize and implement it; (four) to organize members to participate in the compilation and revision of the basis and method of project valuation; (five) on behalf of the Shenzhen cost engineering professional institutions and engineering cost consulting industry, establish contacts and exchanges with domestic and foreign organizations and counterparts in other countries, sign relevant agreements, and provide members with foreign business services such as exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad; (6) Establish the network system and database of engineering cost information service, edit and publish the publications and reference materials related to engineering cost, implement the information sharing system for members, organize the exchange and promotion of advanced engineering cost consulting management experience, and hold vocational training and international engineering cost consulting management business seminars; (seven) to accept the training of engineering cost professionals entrusted by the construction administrative department and the cost management institution; (eight) in the domestic and international engineering cost consulting activities, safeguard and promote the legitimate rights and interests of members, coordinate and solve problems between members and industries, accept complaints about irregularities in engineering cost consulting practice, cooperate with the construction administrative departments to deal with them, and reflect the suggestions and opinions of member units and engineering cost professionals to government departments and relevant parties; (nine) to guide the professional work of the professional committees of the association; (ten) to organize the completion of other business entrusted by relevant government departments and all sectors of society.
