The examination for the qualification of medical practitioners organized by the administrative department of health shall be held in public. The administrative organ or industry organization shall announce the registration conditions, registration methods, examination subjects and examination outline of the qualification examination in advance.

No compulsory pre-test training shall be organized.

The competent administrative department of health shall organize the qualification examination for medical practitioners, and shall not organize compulsory pre-examination training, and shall not designate teaching materials or other materials for the examination.
