Mr. Zhang Hetao, President of Zhang Hetao, is currently the President of Shanghai Weichuang Software Co., Ltd., and is fully responsible for the daily operation of Weichuang Company. Mr. Zhang has nearly 15 years of professional experience in the fields of CAD/CAM, software development, quality management, project management and training, and is good at establishing quality assurance system of software companies and managing test teams.

After joining Microsoft on 1998, Mr. Zhang served as the manager of the mobile equipment department of Microsoft China Center, mainly responsible for the quality control, localization and software testing of Microsoft mobile products, as well as the outsourcing testing of Microsoft mobile software, and taught software quality and testing at the advanced software seminar jointly organized by the Ministry of Information Industry and Microsoft Corporation.

After leaving Microsoft for 7 years, Mr. Zhang successively served as the operation director of Beijing Hengzhun Technology Co., Ltd. and Technology Co., Ltd., and joined Weichuang in 2008.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Jiaotong University with a master's degree in CAD/CAM and an EMBA degree in Tsinghua University.

Mr. Liu Yue, Chief Operating Officer of Liu Yue, is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Shanghai Weichuang Software Company. He is a member of the company's senior decision-making level and executive management team, and is responsible for the operation of the company's outsourcing business and the business development and delivery of the Global Information Services Division.

Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Liu worked in Microsoft for nearly ten years, successively serving as software design engineer and project manager of MSN Internet Access Division, project manager of Windows Security Division, project manager of Live Search Division and department manager of Microsoft China Strategic Partner Division. He participated in the R&D of major projects such as MSN 2.0, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Live Academic/Book Search 1 .0 at Microsoft headquarters in the United States, and managed Microsoft outsourcing projects with more than $1billion in China, with rich industry experience.

Mr. Liu received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, USA, and has 65,438+02 American patent applications, including cutting-edge technologies such as digital rights management and search engine.

Zhou Jingping Senior Vice President-Industry Solutions and IT Infrastructure Services Mr. Zhou Jingping is currently the Senior Vice President of Shanghai Weichuang Software Company. He is a member of the company's senior decision-making level and executive management team, and is responsible for the business development and delivery of the solution department and the IT infrastructure service department. At present, Mr. Zhou is also the executive director of China Media Economics and Management Society and a visiting professor in chongqing technology and business university, studying the composition and optimal management of the value chain of information and cultural industries.

Before joining minimally invasive software, Mr. Zhou worked for many research institutions, media and multinational companies. In his early years, he worked in China Institute of Testing Technology, State Bureau of Technical Supervision, as a software and hardware development and measurement verification engineer for 8 years, and then he was admitted to Chengdu Radio, Film and Television Bureau as an editor and reporter for 7 years. 1996 went to the United States for further study, during which I learned the composition and optimization of the value chain. After returning to China, he held marketing management positions in a number of IT companies, including the director of China Alliance of i2 Technology Company, a well-known supply chain solution provider, the global senior vice president of TOP Group, the deputy general manager of China National Chemical Corporation Electronics Company, the deputy director of the information technology department of Huashang Daily Group, and the special assistant to the presidents of Chongqing Times, Chongqing Netcom and Tian Bai Group. He has participated in the planning and construction of e-commerce and e-government platforms of China government and local governments for many times, and has accumulated a lot of experience in the development and management of high-end software distribution channels with China characteristics, the alliance and business expansion of international multinational companies in China, e-commerce architecture design, modern enterprise management and marketing management.

Mr. Zhou graduated from the School of Management of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2000, majoring in management science and engineering.

Cai Kun, senior vice president-M&A business Mr. Cai Kun is currently the senior vice president of Shanghai Weichuang Software Co., Ltd., responsible for the company's M&A business and overseas staffing business. Mr. Cai advocates revitalizing the software service industry through global resource integration and innovation, emphasizing the differentiation of business models.

Mr. Cai used to work in Lotus Development, Microsoft and other companies. After joining Microsoft from 65438 to 0995, he participated in the development of Excel 97 and Word 2000 and led the development team of MSN community.

At the beginning of 2002, Mr. Cai was responsible for setting up the software development division to open up the enterprise application market, and then based on the overall development trend of the IT industry, he transformed to outsource software development. Under his leadership, the software development outsourcing business started in 2004 seized the market opportunity of offshore outsourcing. Before joining minimally invasive software, Mr. Luo worked in Remedy, BMC, the world's leading commercial software solution company, for nearly 10 years. He has been engaged in technical support and training of BSM solutions in the United States for many years. In 2004, appointed by the company, the sixth technical support center was established in China, thus completing the strategic layout of the company's technical support for products in different time zones around the world. With his rich experience in IT market development and channel management, profound technical skills and solid team leadership, he successively served as ITSM technical support manager, channel and partner management director in Greater China and general manager of East China Branch, and undertook a lot of business development and strategic decisions.

Mr. Luo obtained an MBA from California State University from 65438 to 0999, and obtained many professional certificates in the IT field, including COPC registered coordinator.

Liu Luxing, Vice President-European Business Operation Mr. Liu Luxing is currently the vice president of Shanghai Weichuang Software Co., Ltd., a member of the company's senior decision-making and executive management team, and is responsible for European business development.

Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Liu worked in Canol Computer Company of Sweden for more than ten years, responsible for the development and management of computer software and IT outsourcing in Europe. During this period, TID2000 newspaper management software developed by Mr. Liu became the dominant system in the Swedish market. On 1997, Mr. Liu founded a limited company in Gothenburg, Sweden, and entered the Nordic business and IT consulting field in an all-round way. Since 1999, Mr. Liu has established long-term strategic cooperative relations with many domestic IT outsourcing enterprises, undertaken a large number of European software outsourcing projects, and led the development of Creditsafe system, becoming one of the largest credit and business information platforms in Europe. In 2005, Mr. Liu entered the field of enterprise credit platform development in China, and later invested in Saifu, Hangzhou, becoming one of the bidding credit companies designated by the Zhejiang provincial government. In 2009, he invested in Shanghai Zhonghui Network Co., Ltd. to develop the first dedicated logistics network platform in China.

Mr. Liu graduated from Tianjin University with a double degree in computer application and management, majoring in industrial enterprise management.

Vice President of Hengli-Talent Recruitment/Training and Domestic Business Development Mr. Hengli is currently the vice president of Shanghai Weichuang Software Co., Ltd., a member of the company's senior decision-making level and executive management team, responsible for personnel recruitment, talent training and domestic business development.

Before joining Weichuang, Mr. Li worked as a network worker in Zhejiang University for seven years, and successively served as deputy general manager of Netletter International and general manager of Netletter Training, responsible for the development and management of software outsourcing business and personnel training. He has rich industry experience in key areas of software outsourcing, such as business development, team management, customer relationship management, personnel recruitment and training. Mr. Li is also responsible for software product research and development and industry solutions of Zhejiang University Network.

Before the establishment of Zhejiang University Network, Mr. Li worked in National Research Institute and Hongsoft successively. During these eleven years, Mr. Li has been engaged in cutting-edge communication technology research, software architecture design, OEM software product design, development team formation and management.

Mr. Li graduated from xidian university on 1992 with a bachelor's degree in computer application.

Mr. Huang Hong, general manager of Japanese business operations, is currently the general manager of the outsourcing business department of Shanghai Weichuang Software Company and concurrently the president of Japan Weichuang. He is a member of the senior decision-making level and executive management team of our company, and is responsible for the operation management and delivery of outsourcing business in Japan.

Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Huang had been engaged in Japanese software outsourcing business in Japan. After returning to China in 2002, he began to devote himself to the consulting business of Japanese enterprises in China, and has rich experience in the operation and management of Japanese enterprises. Mr. Huang joined Shanghai Weichuang Software in 2004 and took over the operation of Shanghai Weichuang's outsourcing business department to Japan, winning Japanese heavyweight customers such as Hitachi Intelligent and NTTDATA. In 2008, Mr. Huang became the president of Microinvasive Japan, responsible for the localized operation and delivery of Microinvasive software in Japan. Thanks to Mr. Huang's efforts, Minimally Invasive Software has won the favor and trust of many large Japanese enterprises and maintained a long-term and stable strategic partnership.

Mr. Huang graduated from tokyo institute of technology with a degree in information systems.

Yang Yunxia Vice President-Strategy and Business Development Ms. Yang Yunxia is currently the vice president of Shanghai Weichuang Software Co., Ltd., a member of the company's senior decision-making and management team, responsible for the company's business strategy and key account development. Ms. Yang Yunxia has more than 65,438+03 years of experience in strategic development cooperation and project management in the IT field in the United States, Asia-Pacific region and China. Since joining Flextronics in 2008, Ms. Yang Yunxia has expanded her company's services to telecommunications, mobile communication, Internet and banking services, and won many major customers of Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Yang was a senior manager of Microsoft's US headquarters and China company. Ms. Yang joined Microsoft MSN/Expedia and Windows Server Group successively, responsible for product design and promotion. In 2002, Ms. Yang returned to China from Microsoft's US headquarters and joined Microsoft Research Asia. She is responsible for strategic cooperation and academic investment in China and the Asia-Pacific region, manages government and academic partners including Japan, Australia, South Korea, Singapore and Greater China, and has participated in the establishment of more than 80 cooperation projects with a total investment of over 1 billion US dollars, involving the fields of network, graphics, Internet and mobile.
