In the evening, we attended the opening ceremony. The leader told us the specific arrangement of Xiaogang's five-day training and the matters needing attention in these five days. They also encouraged us in groups and made us full of confidence in the five-day training. On August 1 1, Xiaogang's training officially began. The main content of the five-day training is the basic training of account managers and the cultivation of our good living habits, because during these five days, we have to do morning exercises, attend classes and have meals every day as required. Through these five days of training, we have gradually developed good living habits, which is of great significance to our future customer service work. Good living habits not only take us for granted, but also we have learned a lot of basic knowledge about insurance during these five days. Many of us do not know much about insurance. Through these five days of study, we have learned what insurance is, why we need insurance, and what is the significance of our work. Leaders also attach great importance to our training. The lecturers they invited were excellent. Many lecturers have more than ten years' experience in insurance industry, and all of them have grown up from front-line teams. We really feel very lucky. During these five days, everyone absorbed the knowledge and experience brought by the lecturers like sponges, which shows that everyone cherishes this opportunity. Of course, during Xiaogang training, we not only learned knowledge, but also organized many activities, such as fun parties and experiential training, which can be said to be really entertaining. In these activities, we not only had fun, but also learned a lot, such as team spirit, motivation, dealing with people and so on. In order to make our life go on in these short five days, our leaders really put a lot of thought into it. Five days is very short, and it passed in a blink of an eye. After Xiaogang training, everyone was reluctant to leave. When we set foot on our way home, we are not hard, but unwilling to give up. August 16, return to the company to study, review and take exams for two weeks. It can be said that this period of time is very boring, all theoretical things, but there is no way. Only when you get this certificate can you get a job, so everyone studies hard. Our leader has a very good way to lure us with materials, saying that as long as all of us can pass the exam, he gave us 3000 yuan to have a barbecue in Dongqian Lake, which immediately mobilized our enthusiasm and made everyone's goals clear. We have to pass it all, not only for the activity cost of 3000 yuan, but more importantly for ourselves. On August 30th, we took the proxy exam in RTVU. After the result came out, everyone was a little sad because we didn't achieve our goal. Our three partners were unlucky and failed. We don't blame them, but care and encourage them to stop being depressed and depressed. We are a team, and we can't let any team member fall behind. At this moment, the team spirit we learned in Xiaogang has been carried forward, and they also assured us that they will definitely pass it next time. We got the qualification certificate and then entered the physical training stage. During this time, we all learned the professional knowledge about insurance. We are a three-high team, so we should be more professional and clear about the responsibilities of account managers. Through these days of study, we have learned a lot of professional knowledge about life, such as the whole sales process, how to get along with people, the responsibilities of account managers, and how to arrange our daily life. Among them, we also carried out practical activities of market research, which made us really embark on the society, had the first close contact with the society and understood the cruelty of the market. After more than ten days of physical training, I would like to talk about my own views: First, the change of family property in China determines the demand of the market and individual customers for insurance services, and the whole society has a certain demand for personal financial management, so our "Three High" team has quite high requirements for comprehensive quality. Second, after China's entry into WTO, foreign-funded commercial insurance companies that gradually enter the China market first pay attention to individual high-end users, and their mature experience and mature brands will inevitably lead to great changes in the competitive landscape. Thirdly, with the establishment of our account manager team, the number, level and service ability of account managers will become the core of China Life's service in Ningbo. Fourth, communicate and interact with customers, constantly provide customers with the best service through SMS, telephone and social surveys, listen to customers' opinions and feedback, and constantly improve the customer service system of China Life Ningbo. Finally, I would like to talk about the characteristics of our society after more than one month's study: our work is to build a service system, with people as the center and constantly improving the level of service and financial management as the core, so as to make insurance deeply rooted in people's hearts and create a good insurance market atmosphere. While carrying out these activities, we should explore new markets as a supplement. After all, this is closely related to our income.
