1. Participate in unemployment insurance according to regulations, and the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligation according to regulations 1 year;

2. Discontinue employment not because of my will;

3. Unemployment registration has been handled according to legal procedures;

4. Have job requirements and be willing to accept vocational training and employment introduction.

Cash processing flow of receiving unemployment office:

1. The insured unit shall issue two certificates of dissolution (termination) of labor relations, one for the unemployment insurance center and the other for the labor dispute arbitration committee of the Labor Security Bureau for the record;

2. The unemployment insurance center will strictly investigate and verify the situation with the certificate of dissolution (termination) of labor relations issued by the insured unit (the unemployed person carries the labor contract signed with the unit), and issue 2 registration forms for unemployment insurance claims and 1 copy for unemployment job application.

3. Unemployed persons should fill in all the columns on the front of the unemployment insurance application registration form, and please go to the family planning relationship acceptance unit where my account is located and stamp it in the blank on the back. Fill in the job registration form carefully.
