3. In the next decade, the state will invest 1 trillion yuan in the fields of e-commerce and e-government, and there will be a gap of 2 million talents in e-commerce.
Second, the training objectives
Through training, students can systematically master the knowledge of web page making, network business information collection and exchange, network marketing, electronic trading, e-commerce security management and so on. Have the ability to use related software to make and locate simple web pages, collect and exchange online business information, and use online marketing tools to publish online advertisements; Capable of electronic payment, password management, digital certificate and the use of network security tools. , and reach the professional level of e-commerce staff or above.

Physically disabled people who are interested in e-commerce, have Hunan hukou, have no infectious diseases and can take care of themselves.

This training project is one of the projects of "Doing Practical Things for the People by the Provincial Government in 2009", and the required training funds are paid by the employment security fund for the disabled. Students who take the national vocational qualification examination for the first time are exempt from tuition, accommodation and appraisal fees; And according to the standard of 12 yuan/person/day, the living expenses are subsidized (meals are not arranged centrally).

1, e-commerce basic training
Main courses: development history, present situation and trend of e-commerce, analysis of e-commerce chain, supporting system of e-commerce operation, basic types of e-commerce websites, advantages and problems of e-commerce.
Objective: To strengthen students' understanding of e-commerce, establish confidence in engaging in e-commerce work or starting a business, and master the basic theories and skills of e-commerce.
2, e-commerce entrepreneurship training
Main courses: the way of e-commerce entrepreneurship, the choice of entrepreneurial projects, and the opening of Taobao (ebay, 6688) online shop.
Objective: To help students strengthen their understanding of e-commerce, choose suitable projects, and open online stores in various ways to start businesses.
3, network marketing foundation and network marketing practice training
Main courses: basic functions of online marketing, common tools and methods of online marketing, planning and construction framework of website platform, promotion strategy of online marketing, business B2B and B2C websites and key points of personal C2C online shop operation.
Objective: To thoroughly and systematically explain the methods and concepts of online marketing, so that students can master various online marketing methods such as blog marketing, online advertising, search engine marketing, licensed email marketing, viral marketing and online membership marketing.
4. E-commerce operation and management
Main courses: e-commerce strategy implementation, e-commerce planning and analysis, e-commerce profit model, mobile e-commerce, e-commerce security, e-commerce service management, e-commerce innovative operation and management.
Objective: To help students strengthen their understanding of e-commerce operation and management, master the theory and skills of e-commerce operation and management, and engage in e-commerce related work in related enterprises.
Sixth, examination and evaluation
1. The training certificate will be issued by the College of Economics and Business of Hunan University of Commerce for those who pass the training examination;
2. Students with college education or above can apply for the national vocational qualification examination, and those who pass the examination can obtain the qualification certificate of e-commerce staff (division);

1. Please bring my ID card, original and photocopy of disability certificate, and two recent one-inch color photos without a hat;
2. For qualified students to start their own businesses, they must submit an e-commerce plan. According to the expert evaluation, it is feasible, and the provincial employment service center for the disabled gives self-employment support funds according to the standard of 1 10,000 yuan/person, and supports them for three consecutive years every year.
