"Three-level" safety education for new employees and safety skills education for job transfer and return to work

In order to improve the safety production training in our factory, the following three-level safety production training plan is specially formulated to systematically train new employees.

Scope of application:

All new recruits, job transfers, special types of work, job transfers and return to work (work injury, vacation for more than two months).

Specific content:

1. All new employees must receive at least two days of safety training and education, and they can only try out after passing the examination.

2. Every new employee must fill in the "Three-level Training for Employees" card.

3. On the first morning, the Human Resources Department and the Safety Director were responsible for the factory education. Explain the rules and regulations of our factory and the relevant national security system.

4. On the afternoon of the first day, the workshop education went to the workshop for practice, explaining the rules and regulations, dangerous areas and equipment of each workshop in detail.

5. The next day, a full-day "team education" internship, team leader for safety education and follow-up.

6. Pre-job assessment on the third day. The time is 8: 00 -9: 00 in the morning. Only qualified people can officially go to work.

7. Those who fail the exam need to retake the exam in three days. Those who fail the test will be expelled from the factory.

8. During the training period, the salary is 20 yuan per day. Those who fail the examination will not be paid during the training period.

Factory-level education:

The Human Resources Department and the Safety Director are responsible for this.

1. Explain the structure of Xintong Auto Repair, attendance system, new payment, holidays, punishment, resignation and so on.

2. Explain the national policies and regulations on safety production, and use the significance, content and basic requirements of labor protection, so that new employees can establish the idea of "safety first, prevention first" and "everyone is responsible for safety production".

3. Introduce the safety production situation of Xintong Auto Repair, including the development history of the enterprise (including the development history of enterprise safety production), the distribution of enterprise equipment (focusing on the performance, function, distribution and matters needing attention of special equipment), the main dangers and key parts, and introduce the general safety production protection knowledge and electrical and mechanical safety knowledge.

4. Introduce the organizational structure and members of enterprise safety production, the main rules and regulations of enterprise safety production, etc.

5. Introduce the experience and lessons of enterprise safety production, analyze and explain the common accident cases of enterprises and the same industry (focusing on case prevention), and clarify the causes of casualties and accident handling procedures.

6. Put forward hopes and requirements (such as requiring educated personnel to work actively in accordance with the enterprise management system). It is necessary to establish the main idea of "safety first, prevention first", study safety technology and operating rules hard in the process of production and labor, and often participate in the exchange of safety production experience, accident analysis activities and safety inspection activities. Must abide by the operating rules and labor discipline, do not leave the post without authorization, do not operate illegally, do not go in and out of dangerous areas and key parts casually, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and use labor protection articles correctly.

Workshop education:

Each workshop has different production characteristics and different key parts, dangerous areas and equipment. Therefore, in the workshop safety education, it should be explained in detail according to the particularity of each workshop. Responsible by the workshop director and safety director.

1. Focus on the production characteristics and properties of this workshop. Such as workshop production mode and technological process, workshop personnel structure, safety production organization and activities.

2. Occupational safety requirements for main types of work and operations in the workshop; Workshops, special workplaces, and dangerous areas of toxic and harmful posts.

3. Rules and regulations of workshop safety production, requirements and precautions for wearing labor protection articles, accident-prone parts, causes and corresponding special regulations and safety requirements. Case analysis of common accidents and typical accidents in the workshop, experience and problems of safe production in the workshop, etc.

4. Introduce the basic knowledge of safety technology according to the characteristics of the workshop.

5. Introduce fire safety knowledge and fire escape.

Team education:

Team is the most "front line" of enterprise production, and production activities are based on team. Accidents often occur because operators work in shifts and machinery and equipment work in shifts. Therefore, education is very important in the security forces. The team leader has the final say.

1. Introduce the production survey, characteristics, scope, working environment, equipment status and fire-fighting facilities of the team. This paper mainly introduces all kinds of dangerous factors and dangerous parts that may cause injury accidents, and analyzes and explains them with some typical accident examples.

2. Explain the performance of mechanical equipment and instruments used in this position, the function and usage of protective devices.

3. Explain the safety operation procedures, job responsibilities and related safety precautions of this type of work, so that students can really attach importance to safety production ideologically, consciously abide by the safety operation procedures, do not operate illegally, and care for and correctly use mechanical equipment and tools. This paper introduces the activities of the safety team and the safety inspection and handover system in the workplace.

4. Educate students to report to leaders or relevant personnel in time when they find hidden dangers or accidents, and learn how to deal with dangerous situations urgently.

5. Explain the correct use and storage methods of labor protection articles and the requirements of civilized production.

6. Demonstration of actual safety operation, focusing on the essentials of safety operation, explaining while demonstrating, explaining matters needing attention, telling which operations are dangerous and violate the operating rules, so that students can understand the serious consequences caused by violation.

Transfer personnel:

Job change mainly refers to workers in workshops or factories changing jobs, or changing to jobs with different operation methods from the original jobs, and cadres who have participated in labor for a short time. The receiving unit shall provide these personnel with safety education in corresponding posts. The content of education can be determined according to the requirements of "three-level safety education". Generally, workshops and teams only need two-level safety education. However, those who are transferred to special operations must undergo safety education and safety technical training for special operations personnel, and only after passing the examination and obtaining the operation certificate can they be allowed to work at their posts.

Personnel returning to work:

Safety education for returning to work after work injury. First of all, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the accidents that have occurred, find out the main causes of the accidents, and point out the preventive measures. Then, it is necessary to educate the people who have returned to work in safety awareness, post safety operation skills, preventive measures, safety countermeasures, etc., so as to guide them to correct their ideological understanding, correctly learn lessons, improve their operation skills, overcome operational mistakes, and enhance their confidence in preventing accidents.

Safety education for returning to work after holidays. Emotional fluctuation, physical fatigue and mental distraction caused by employees' vacations (festivals, weddings, funerals, maternity leave, sick leave, etc.). ) It is easy to have unsafe behaviors due to out-of-control will or emotional uncertainty after returning to work, leading to accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out safety education for returning to work according to the types of vacations, that is, to eliminate the ideological aftermath of returning to work according to the different psychological characteristics and specific conditions of returning to work. For example, review the safety operation procedures of this type of work, be familiar with the performance of mechanical equipment, and conduct practical operation drills.
