Article 5 Requirements Description

Party B shall appoint a domestic servant who has passed the physical examination and has the corresponding service ability for Party A.. Article 6 Working conditions of service personnel

(2) Received junior high school or equivalent education;

(3) Having legal identity documents;

(4) Being in good health and holding a medical certificate from a hospital at or above the county level.

Article 7 Training management

1. Party B is responsible for the training and management of domestic servants, and regularly or irregularly conducts follow-up management to guide the work of domestic servants.

2. Party B shall guide and urge the housekeeping staff to improve the related service quality problems raised by Party A. ..

3. Party A shall provide necessary assistance to the domestic servant in handling the relevant documents, and the expenses for handling the documents shall be borne by the domestic servant.

Article 8 Code of Conduct for Service Personnel

The domestic service personnel designated by Party B shall abide by the following code of conduct:

(1) Abide by national laws and regulations and social ethics; Carry out the "Outline for the Implementation of Civic Moral Construction", be self-respecting and self-reliant, and be dedicated to their posts; Abide by the rules and regulations of the enterprise and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the operators and Party A. ..

(2) Abide by professional ethics, respect the living customs of Party A, actively adapt to Party A, treat Party A as a relative, and do not abuse the sick and disabled people who are being cared for; Do not disclose the privacy of Party A; Do not participate in the contradictions and disputes between Party A's family and neighborhood, and do not spread gossip to avoid intensifying contradictions; Do not borrow money or ask for property from Party A; When you leave Party A's home, you should take the initiative to open your own package for inspection to show respect.

(3) Abide by the terms of the contract, do not breach the contract without reason, and do not ask for changing households or leaving without saying goodbye without reason. If there is a conflict with Party A, and Party A infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of domestic service personnel, or changes the service address and service type, the domestic service personnel shall inform the operator in advance for whatever reason, and shall not handle it without authorization.

(4) Work hard to learn service skills and complete the tasks arranged by the operator and Party A. Without the guidance of the operator and the permission of Party A, you shall not use the equipment that cannot be used ... Without the consent of Party A, you shall not use its communication tools, computers and other equipment.

(5) Ensure the safety of yourself and Party A. Don't share a room with adults or young people of the opposite sex; Don't bring friends or relatives to Party A's house to stay or stay overnight; Don't go out without permission or stay out at night. If you can't return on time under special circumstances, you must get the consent of Party A; Pay attention to fire prevention and theft prevention.

Article 9 gfd of service personnel

The domestic service personnel designated by Party B shall comply with the following etiquette and appearance requirements:

(1) Pay attention to personal hygiene, dress neatly and generously, don't be too casual, and don't wear tight clothes or clothes that are too revealing.

(2) Wear accessories properly, without heavy makeup, long nails and nail polish.

(3) behave appropriately. When communicating with Party A, you should face up to the other party, don't look around, and don't cross your arms or put your hands in your pockets.

(4) Knock on the door before entering Party A's bedroom to show courtesy and respect.

(5) Advocate to speak Mandarin, use civilized language, and put an end to impolite language and behavior.

Article 10 Protection of Party A's Rights and Interests

1. Party A has the right to reasonably select, replace and dismiss domestic helpers. During the contract period, if the service items or service categories of domestic helpers change, Party B shall be informed in time so that both parties can change the contract contents and service fees.

2. Party A has the right to refuse the domestic helper to engage in activities unrelated to domestic service at his residence, and the specific requirements shall be agreed by Party A and the domestic helper.

3. Party A has the right to investigate the economic and legal responsibilities of the domestic helpers for the losses caused by their responsibilities in a legal way, but it is not allowed to take such illegal ways as searching, seizing money, identity cards and other valid documents, beating or bullying. If the domestic service personnel dispatched by Party B commit illegal acts against Party A, Party B shall handle relevant matters for Party A and relevant departments.
