It was a female staff member who tried the reporter for the first time. The reporter said that she didn't bring a copy of her ID card and proof of education. She didn't say anything.
Then she began to quickly introduce the basic situation of ATV Huatian to reporters by endorsement-ATV Huatian was formerly known as Zhongtian Henderson Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd. and was later acquired by Shandong ATV Group. It has 23 branches in Beijing, headquartered in the ATV Building in Liuliqiao, mainly engaged in real estate brokerage activities. She asked reporters to receive training in real estate brokerage after passing the interview. The training period is 3 days, and the tuition fee is 300 yuan. She said that after passing the exam, she can try it out in different departments of the company, and the company will refund the training fee in full when she is paid after a one-month trial period.
The reporter said that she only wanted to apply for the position of administrative assistant, but she said that even administrative personnel need to know something about real estate agents and need training.
The reporter said that he wanted to attend the training as soon as possible. Five minutes later, Miss Liu from the Human Resources Office interviewed the reporter directly. The content of the second interview is similar to that of the first one. After introducing the basic situation of the company again, Miss Liu also emphasized the importance of training to reporters. These two teachers are about thirty or forty years old, and both claim to have long-term experience in real estate companies.
There are 25 students in this training class. Two of them are from ATV Huatian, and the others are new employees from real estate agencies such as Wancheng Jiahua, Universal ATV, Rong Tai Hengxin and Tian Hong Brokerage. Teacher Ma said that the training school signed agreements with more than 40 real estate companies to train new employees.

During the two-day training, the two teachers mainly taught the content of the textbook and drew test sites on the textbook before the exam. The reporter successfully passed the exam.
After paying the 20 yuan fee, Golden Chaoyang Training School issued a certificate of completion to the reporter. The training school said that the state does not recognize this certificate, the main purpose is to prove to the company that employees have received training in the basic knowledge of real estate.
Be transferred to another company for no reason
According to the business manager, Metropolitan Land and ATV Huatian are two different companies, but many similar companies including these two companies have cooperative relations.
On the afternoon of February 27th, 65438, when the reporter returned to ATV Huatian with the certificate of completion, the staff here were still calling the candidates to come here for an interview.
At the first time, the female staff of the reporter asked the reporter to take the agreement and proof to the "Manager Li" in Room 2304, Baihuan Jiayuan 18 Building, and said that it was a branch of ATV Huatian.
In the afternoon, the reporter found Room 2304, Building No.8, Baihuan Jiayuan/KLOC-0 in Shuangjing, but the sign of "Urban Land Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Urban Land) was hung outside the door of this room. The company covers an area of about 100 square meter, including a general manager office and a personnel office. There are five or six tables in the living room, and there are no computers on them.
A personnel manager who claimed to be Shang received the reporter. He didn't even read the reporter's training certificate. After taking away the employment agreement signed by the reporter and ATV Huatian, the reporter is required to pay the training fee 1 10 yuan (including the work license fee 10 yuan). He promised that 1 10 yuan's training fee would be fully refunded when he was paid after one month's probation. The so-called probation period, first of all, is a week of market research, then a week of telephone communication with customers, and then give reporters a batch of housing, and start the actual operation of housing leasing.
The business manager said that the reporter was arranged by ATV Huatian to conduct practical business training in urban real estate. After the one-month probation period expires, he will make an assessment report according to the performance of the whistleblower, and he can become a full member after passing the assessment. After becoming a full member, you can freely choose to go back to ATV Huatian to work or stay in urban real estate.
The company refused to refund the training fee.
Regarding the failure to return to ATV Huatian for trial training as agreed, Shi Lei explained that he was also temporarily arranged by the head office, but if the applicant didn't want to go, it would be a unilateral breach of contract and he would have to pay liquidated damages to 300 yuan.
On the morning of February 28th, 65438, the reporter asked to see a copy of the business license of urban land, but the business manager said no. The reporter asked the business manager to quit the training and demanded a refund of the training fee 1 10 yuan. The reason is that ATV Huatian violated the employment agreement and assigned the reporter to another company, and Metropolitan Land could not even issue the most basic legal certificate.
However, the business manager said that the reporter signed an employment agreement with ATV Huatian and had to negotiate with ATV Huatian first. 1 10 yuan paid by the reporter is the internal training fee of urban land, and no receipt will be issued according to the internal regulations of the company. The reporter asked which rule was specific, and he also said that he could not tell the reporter. Subsequently, the reporter returned to ATV Huatianer Branch and asked ATV Huatian why he assigned employees to other companies for trial, because he claimed to have 23 branches. Many classmates were cheated, too.
The students who participated in the training with reporters had different experiences, but the results were the same. None of them found a job.

After investigation, the reporter found that the place where the student went to Wancheng Jiahua for an interview was the place where Wancheng Jiahua was registered in the industrial and commercial department, and now there is no one there.
The experience of other contracted students is also the same. Either the contracted company disappeared, or it was assigned by the company to other companies for trial, and finally it didn't get a formal job.

The chaotic and changeable recruitment history

But since May this year, the recruitment information of Zhongtian Henderson and ATV Huatian has frequently appeared on websites and newspapers, and the office locations are constantly changing.
In May this year 10, the recruitment information of Zhongtian Henderson appeared in Beijing Talent Market News. The interview place is Room 2 109, ATV Building, South Square, West Railway Station.
On June 7th, the recruitment information of Zhongtian Henderson published in Beijing Talent Market News showed that the interview place of the company had been changed to Room 4 16 of Jin Woo Furniture City. On July 29th, the recruitment information of Zhongtian Henderson appeared in Beijing Talent Market. The name of ATV Huatian began to appear in June. On June 20th, the recruitment information of ATV Huatian appeared in the media such as boutique shopping guide. False recruitment information

However, since June this year, ATV Huatian introduced herself in the recruitment information released by many media such as Zhaopin.com(www.zhaopin.com): ATV Huatian Company was established on April 8, 1995 with a registered capital of "1000000 RMB". ATV Huatian Real Estate is a subsidiary of ATV Group, with real estate brokerage as the leading industry ... and has become one of the most powerful real estate brokerage companies in China. ATV Huatian has more than 20 branches and a number of on-site sales offices in major cities in this city. Shi Lei said that the recruitment of the second branch has only been going on for a week, and more than 50 people have been recruited so far, and the recruitment work is about to end. Our company is definitely a legally qualified real estate agency. Our registration number in the Construction Committee is 258 1. After inquiring about Beijing Real Estate Transaction Management Network, the reporter found that the real estate brokerage companies such as Wancheng Jiahua, Universal ATV, Rong Tai Hengxin and Tian Hong, which were recruited together with ATV Huatian and trained in Golden Chaoyang, were not qualified as real estate brokers.
The reporter asked Shi Lei to provide the address of the head office and the contact information of the person in charge, but Shi Lei said he didn't have the phone number of the person in charge.
