North Korea's practice of mixing vegetables
South Korea's practice of salad cucumber is as follows:

Tools/materials: kitchen knife, chopping board, pot, spatula, bowl, basin, plate, cucumber, sugar, edible oil, salt, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, millet spicy, clear water.

1, clean the cucumber.

2. Remove the head and tail of the cucumber, put it on a clean chopping board, and beat the cucumber with a kitchen knife until it cracks.
