Drivers who have accumulated more than 12 points during the integral period shall apply for full-mark education in accordance with the following provisions.

A, remember that you should take the study exam if you score 12.

1. A motor vehicle driver who has accumulated a score of more than 12 in a scoring cycle shall attend the traffic management department of the public security organ where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued or where the illegal act occurs for a period of 7 days to learn road traffic safety laws and regulations and related knowledge;

Second, special circumstances must take the road test.

Motor vehicle drivers have reached 12 for more than two times in a scoring cycle, or the cumulative score has reached more than 24 points. Motor vehicle management should also take the road driving skills test within 10 days after passing the road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge test (those who accept the road driving skills test should take the highest quasi-driving test specified in their motor vehicle driving licenses);

Three, the relevant provisions of the full score education for large vehicle drivers

1. For drivers of large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks and school buses, and those who have scored 1 2 points in two recent consecutive scoring cycles except this scoring cycle, the on-site education time is not less than five days;

2. Drivers who scored 1 2 for more than two times in the scoring cycle, or accumulated more than 24 points, and drivers who scored 12 in the last two consecutive scoring cycles except this scoring cycle, all need to attend on-site education.
