Anyone who holds the qualification certificate of accounting issued by the Department of Finance of Hebei Province must participate in the continuing education and training of provincial accounting personnel in combination with the nature of the unit, the characteristics of the industry and my own needs.

Those who have newly obtained accounting qualification certificates do not need further education and training this year. Accountants who are no longer engaged in accounting work after retirement may voluntarily participate in continuing education and training.

It is considered as a form of completing continuing education.

1. Certified public accountants who have participated in the continuing education and training of certified public accountants organized by the Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants and reached 24 hours during the year shall be registered with the training certificate of the Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants;

2. Those who have passed the professional and technical qualification examinations of accounting and auditing this year, and passed more than one (including one) examination of certified public accountants, certified asset appraisers and certified tax agents, shall register with qualified results;

3. Those who participate in the education of accounting college or above recognized by the national education administrative department shall register with the graduation certificate;

4. Those who participate in the national accounting leading talents examination organized by the Ministry of Finance and the high-end accounting talents examination organized by the provincial finance department, the central competent unit and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps shall register with relevant certification materials;
