According to the deployment arrangement, this training examination is closely related to the training content, and it is investigated from five aspects: corporate culture, employee code, basic computer knowledge, business knowledge and self-innovation. Of the 5 people who took part in the test, 3 got excellent grades (above 80 points), 1 got good grades (above 70 points and below 80 points), 1 passed the test (above 60 points and below 70 points), and the training effect reached the expected goal (see annex for test questions and answers).

(2) Existing problems and deficiencies
1, poor organization and poor planning. There is no specific arrangement for trainers, which leads to the students' inability to participate in the whole training, the conflict between work and training, and the phenomenon that "training is not standardized and discipline is difficult to implement"; Failure to strictly implement the training discipline and related regulations leads to the behaviors that violate the training discipline, such as answering the phone during training and leaving the field halfway. The "pre-planning, overall coordination" was not achieved, and only the materials were prepared in the training work, and then the lecturers were informed, which led to the teaching being regarded as the completion of the work task and affected the training effect.
2. The training form is single and lacks innovation. Just blindly adopting the form of "speaking above and listening below" is boring and can't arouse employees' interest, which leads to employees' inattention and affects the training effect; The internal staff of the company is generally not high, the training materials are not fully prepared, the level of courseware production is low, and the ability to innovate independently and change teaching methods is lacking; The training materials are single, and lectures are given only for the sake of lectures, which fails to draw inferences from others, and fails to achieve the purpose of "linking work with business and combining teaching methods with work".
3. Less training content and short training time. Lack of systematic training materials and rich training contents makes the training contents lack of cohesion, resulting in the gap between training knowledge and training concepts; The training time is so short that the degree of self-improvement after understanding and digesting is not strong.
The above problems reflect the irregularity and imperfection of the whole training system of the company.
