Safety operation procedures of shuttle mine car
1. Shunting operators must be trained, familiar with the performance, structure and principle of shuttle cars, pass the examination and obtain the operation certificate before they can operate.
2. Iron wedges and various tools should be prepared before operation, and all lubricating parts should be lubricated according to regulations; Check the bogies, connecting pins and drawbars carefully. The electric shuttle car needs to check the damage degree of the cable sheath and whether the electrical device is damp. If it does not meet the requirements or endanger safety, it should be repaired or replaced. Construction is not allowed when the state is abnormal.
3. When the shuttle car of China Coal is used for ballasting, the front and rear wheels should be wedged with iron wedges. Personnel are not allowed to get close to the shuttle car, in case the shuttle car is knocked out by the rock loader or the gravel splashes and hurts people. When the driver needs to get close to the operation, he should stop ballasting, and it is forbidden to replace the iron wedge with stone slag or wooden strips.
4. After the shuttle car is fully loaded, the driver must unplug the power supply or wind source and remove the foreign objects on the track before connecting with the battery car. Remove the iron wedge after confirming the correct connection, and then send out the driving signal ymjt0 1.
5. When ballasting, the wheels must be wedged in two directions with iron wedges, and it is forbidden to replace the iron wedges with ballasts or battens. Before starting the machine, make sure that there is no one in the ballast direction.
