If it is a legal entity, the food hygiene license shall be reviewed once a year, and the review time shall be one year after the license is issued. If you are an individual owner, you need to change your health permit once a year.

Audit replacement materials shall at least include:

Copy of business license, ID card, employee health certificate and health knowledge training certificate. (Both copies are required)
