Enterprise trainer refers to a person who can study and formulate a new occupation (post) training plan in combination with economic and technological development and employment requirements, master and apply modern training concepts and means according to the needs of enterprise production and operation, plan and develop training projects, formulate and implement training plans, and engage in training consultation and teaching activities. The profession is divided into three grades, namely: assistant enterprise trainer (national vocational qualification level 3), enterprise trainer (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior enterprise trainer (national vocational qualification level 1).

Instructor's responsibilities:

1. Drafting, arrangement, supervision, inspection and summary of the training work plan. Report to the training department of the branch;

2. Train, guide, evaluate, promote, motivate and coordinate trainers in business departments (internal and external logistics employees at all levels);

3. According to the needs of business departments, draw up the annual training plan for marketing personnel and plan the training funds;

4. Organize and promote the implementation of various training plans;

5. Management of part-time lecturers;

6. Training budget and control management;

7. Conduct training demand survey to improve teaching skills.
