2. The salary during the training period is not included in the training expenses, and the training expenses need to be certified by the company;

3. The budget of training expenditure does not need to be explained to employees. If a lawsuit is filed, the company can provide evidence.

4. The training arranged by the company is professional training related to business or skills. For example, general induction training and business induction training are not professional training, and the service period shall not be agreed on this ground.
