According to (J&F [2014] No.8) "Notice on Printing and Distributing < 20 14-20 18 Hainan Provincial Cadre Education and Training Plan >", the online learning and assessment hours of civil servants of administrative organs in the whole province are adjusted as follows:

1, department-level cadres, the examination hours are adjusted from 40 to 50, of which compulsory courses are not less than 12 hours and elective courses are not less than 38 hours;

2. For cadres below the department level (including the department level), the examination hours are adjusted from 40 to 80, of which the compulsory courses are not less than 20 hours and the elective courses are not less than 60 hours;
