I. Organizational structure

Second, the alarm and alarm procedures

When the personnel on duty in the fire control center find the alarm, they must inform the voluntary firemen on duty on the floor to check it through the fire broadcast system or walkie-talkie at the first time; When broadcasting the notice, the floor and location of the alarm point must be clearly stated.

After receiving the notice of fire alarm from the control center (from the official document), the personnel on duty on the floor should quickly rush to the alarm site to check. If there is a fire, they must contact the control center with walkie-talkie or fire telephone within one minute to report the fire.

Anyone in the hotel who finds a fire should call for help immediately. The duty telephone number of the hotel fire center is "2736255 1", the extension telephone number is "3999" and the intercom channel is "8". At the same time, according to the situation, call "1 19" in time to clarify the name of the fire unit (the alarm address of the unit is Shenzhen). Hotel police officers should rush to the scene at the first time and immediately organize employees and volunteer fire brigades to put out the fire. At the same time, report to the relevant departments and leaders of the hotel quickly according to the situation, and the hotel security department is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of fire exits.

Three. Emergency evacuation procedures and measures

Once a fire breaks out, after receiving the alarm, the fire chief and volunteer fire brigade personnel should immediately rush to the scene to carry out their work. First, organize personnel to evacuate to the open air or other safe areas quickly, and save people first and then save things. Before evacuation, the staff should handle the work quickly and calmly, and cut off the main power supply and other combustion sources in the workplace.

It is forbidden to pile up articles in the working channel at ordinary times to ensure the smooth flow of fire exits; Set evacuation signs and emergency lights on each floor.

Emergency evacuation shall be organized and implemented by the evacuation team.

Four, the initial fire fighting procedures and measures

After the hotel receives the alarm, firefighters should immediately rush to the scene, cut off the power supply, combustion source and various gas valves, and urgently transfer all kinds of flammable and explosive articles; Organize employees and volunteer firefighters to put out the initial fire, and quickly understand what is burning, so as to take different fire-fighting measures. And find out whether there are any items that pose a threat to the fire scene nearby; According to the situation of the fire scene, the quick fire extinguishing method or the method of first controlling and then extinguishing should be adopted. Effective measures should be taken to prevent the fire from spreading and causing greater losses.

When participating in fire fighting, volunteer firefighters and employees should bring their own fire fighting equipment nearby. When there is not enough fire fighting equipment at the fire site, fire hydrants, hoses and various fire fighting equipment are distributed in all areas of the hotel floor, which can solve the equipment needed for general fire fighting.

Fire control work shall be organized and implemented by the fire brigade.

V. Procedures and measures for communication, safety protection and rescue

Communication: The fire alarm telephone number used in alarm should be waited by a special person to ensure smooth communication. Communication and liaison work shall be organized and implemented by the distribution team.

Protect the fire site: at the fire site, special personnel should be arranged to observe the whole fire site, and if unsafe conditions are found, they should be notified in time so as to take corresponding countermeasures; Explosion-proof measures should be taken for inflammable and explosive articles threatened by fire, such as evacuation to a safe area. If the explosion is inevitable, all the people present should be evacuated in time to ensure the life safety of the people at the fire site.

Fire scene rescue: evacuate the wounded from the dangerous area quickly, and after taking emergency rescue measures at the scene, send the wounded who need further treatment to the hospital quickly. Safety protection and rescue work shall be organized and implemented by the rescue team. All employees should do a good job in fire prevention in the spirit of being highly responsible for the lives and property of the country and the people. Once a fire breaks out, we should calmly deal with it, so as to find it early, give an alarm early and put it out early, so as to minimize the loss of fire accidents.
