Employment physical examination is also called entry physical examination, recruitment physical examination and pre-job physical examination. Used for routine physical examination of new employees in various industries before they join the job.

Physical examination basis:

Administrative Measures for Preventive Health Examination (OrderNo. of Ministry of Health 4 1, 1995): "Preventive health examination refers to health examination conducted before employment, during employment and during school according to relevant national health laws and regulations".

Article 2 of the Administrative Measures for Occupational Health Surveillance (Order No.23 of the Ministry of Health in 2002): "Occupational health examination includes prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum and emergency health examination"; Attachment 1: Occupational Health Examination Items and Periods.

Article 14 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC): "Patients with infectious diseases, pathogen carriers and patients suspected of infectious diseases shall not engage in the work of spreading the infectious diseases prohibited by the health administrative department of the State Council before they are cured or suspected of infectious diseases."

Physical examination qualification:

Measures for the Administration of Preventive Health Examination (OrderNo. Ministry of Health 4 1, 1995): "Medical and health institutions undertaking preventive health examination can only carry out preventive health examination within the specified scope after being approved by the health administrative department of the government."

Interim Measures for Physical Examination Management in Dalian (J.J.F. [2000] 197) and Notice on Further Strengthening Physical Examination (J.J.F. [2003] No.378): "The Leading Group for Physical Examination Management of Dalian Health Bureau has set up an office in Dalian Physical Examination Center".

Dalian Physical Examination Center is responsible for:

Organize and implement the planned physical examination in four districts of the city;

Provide professional guidance to the planned physical examination work of districts, cities and counties;

Re-examination or appraisal of controversial medical examination conclusions;

Regularly train medical personnel engaged in planned physical examination in districts, cities and counties;

Assist the Municipal Health Bureau to inspect and assess the physical examination work in all districts, cities and counties.

Physical examination instructions:

Avoid fatigue, alcoholism and strenuous exercise the day before physical examination, and ensure a good sleep;

Diet should be light on the morning of physical examination;

Choose clothes, shoes and socks that are easy to put on and take off, and women should not wear pantyhose and dresses;

Don't wear heavy makeup;

When women submit urine samples for inspection during menstruation, they should inform the inspectors;

Pregnant women or suspected pregnant women should not undergo radiation examination;

If you have a serious illness or major surgery, please bring relevant medical records.

Physical examination procedure:

Take my recent 3.3 cm bareheaded photo 1 photo (2 photos of the same edition are required if you need a health certificate), and go through the medical examination formalities at the medical examination reception window on the first floor;

Fill in the physical examination form and the items that need to be filled in by myself, including name, gender, age, ID number, employer, and previous medical history confirmation signature;

Check item by item under the guidance of inspectors;

After the physical examination, submit the physical examination form to the main inspection window on the first floor.

Physical examination report:

Provide physical examination report one working day after physical examination; Provide physical examination reports on weekends and holidays.
