In July, 20xx, I entered the school gate of Tsinghua University with the expectation of organization and the thirst for knowledge, and participated in the "Management Seminar for Leading Cadres in Eshan County, xx Province" held by our county in Tsinghua University Institute of Continuing Education. During the 7-day training and study, I listened to the special lectures given by experts and scholars. I feel the breath of civilization, humanistic care, heavy history and the speed that the Chinese nation is struggling to catch up with. I was strongly shocked in my thoughts, my knowledge was enriched and improved, and my concept was completely updated.
First, acquire knowledge, study extensively, and establish the concept of lifelong learning.
Tsinghua University is rigorous in his studies and has a strong style of study. I deeply feel the unique spiritual charm of Shui Mu and Tsinghua. Within a week, I attended all the courses. Tsinghua University organized Zhang Hongyu, Qiao Ran, Lu Jie and other famous domestic scholars and professors to teach us topics such as the construction of a new socialist countryside, the wisdom of Chinese studies and modern leadership qualities, innovative thinking and scientific decision-making by using various teaching methods such as case teaching and two-way question and answer. Every class is wonderful and rewarding. Almost all of them made speeches without writing, with vivid and informative contents and fluent and wonderful words. They are all masters of integrating theory with practice. They are knowledgeable and have all kinds of relevant knowledge and contents, both cutting-edge and practical. After listening to their classes, my own shortcomings are also obvious, and I really feel that learning the sea is endless and fun. It also stimulated my enthusiasm for learning, established the concept of lifelong learning, absorbed all kinds of knowledge and nutrition, and enriched my mind with rich theoretical level, policy level and cultural level. I want to learn not only theoretical knowledge but also professional knowledge, not only professional knowledge, but also from books and practice. Keep pace with the times, innovate, accumulate wealth, and increase talents and wisdom.
Second, raise awareness, broaden our horizons and broaden our thinking.
Although the training time is very short, the memory process is still very pleasant, which has brought me great inspiration. The contents of this training are highly targeted and timely, and I think most of them are weak links in my knowledge structure. Through the study, I have a deeper and higher level contact with the latest theoretical achievements in politics, economy and administrative management, and have a brand-new understanding of crisis management, coping with the media, leadership and government etiquette. This knowledge has broadened my horizons and inspired me to think like the New World.
Looking back on my 20-year work experience, since I took up the leadership position, I have had more specific affairs and less macro-management, and paid insufficient attention to and thought about the planning and design of education, health, tourism and cultural work, which is not conducive to the innovation of work ideas and the development of work situation. After listening to Teacher Qiao Ran's "Tourism Culture Industry and Scientific Development of Local Economy", I have a new understanding of the development of tourism culture industry in our county. Relying on good natural resources and rich Yi folk customs, we will strengthen the construction of tourism cultural infrastructure, speed up the upgrading of existing tourism cultural products, promote the transformation of tourism cultural industry from sightseeing to leisure and holiday, and transform the advantages of tourism cultural resources into economic advantages. At present, the key point is to organize and implement the "Yi Valley" plan as soon as possible, and cultivate the tourism culture industry into a new industry in the county economy. Height determines the vision, changes the concept from the angle, and grasps life by the scale. Through the training in Tsinghua, I will try my best to analyze the situation, solve problems, plan ideas, better complete my job, strive to achieve innovative breakthroughs in economic and social development, and strive to be more mature in thinking, more active in work, and more steady in words and deeds.
Third, experience the wisdom of Chinese studies and improve their own quality.
