Basic knowledge of meditation

Indian practitioners tell us that meditation should be conducted regularly, systematically and continuously. Don't miss a day, even if you miss it, it will be a great loss.

Shut yourself in a room, close your eyes and meditate now, quietly! When all kinds of imaginations, whimsy, conjectures, desires and other thoughts come to your mind, you should be aware of them and always be vigilant, just like a thief trying to steal something in the house. The owner of the house noticed him and kept staring at him. He could do nothing.

Take back the wandering heart and try to see it. This will allow you to enter deeper meditation and enhance your awareness. Don't open your eyes at this time, and don't move in your seat. In peace, experience and enjoy.

There are many books about meditation, but it takes many years to understand it. Meditation can't teach you any more than it can teach you how to sleep. Even if you have an oversized and comfortable mattress and a room with proper temperature and no disturbance, you may not be able to sleep well. Sleep is not in anyone's hands, it comes whenever it wants. Similarly, meditation is self-help, so you should calm down first. If you want to meditate, you must practice it every day. There are still some steps to follow.

Before departure, choose the right environment and adjust the state. The location, time, physical condition and mental state of meditation are very important.

Fifteen meditation techniques

This is very important for beginners, and even for experienced meditators, you can find many lessons:

0 1

Fixed time, place and regular practice are the most important. Regularity can help you calm down. It's hard to fix your mind. When you sit down to practice your concentration, it always wants to jump away. This time is very sensitive to changes in the outside world, like a conditioned reflex, so if you want to calm down faster, you need the help of a fixed time and place.

02

The most effective time is dawn and dusk. That point in time was ruled by special spiritual forces. This time is called BRAHMAMUHURTA in Sanskrit and starts from 4-6 am. During this time, the mind is clear, not disturbed by the events of the day, not disturbed by the secular, and it is easier to achieve a state of concentration. If you can't do it at this time, find a time when your daily affairs are not entangled and your thoughts are easier to calm down. Regularity is the most important consideration.

03

Try to have a separate meditation room. If it is impossible, isolate part of the room and don't let others in. That area is only used for meditation and is not disturbed by other people's fluctuations. Burn incense here sooner or later. The image of an icon or a saint is placed in the center of the room, and the mat is placed in front of it. With the increase of meditation times, the fluctuation frequency of energy will be formed in a room. After six months, a peaceful and pure atmosphere will be formed in the air, and a wonderful atmosphere will be formed in this room. When you feel stressed, sit there and recite the mantra for half an hour, and your heart will calm down.

04

When you sit down, you face the north or the east (India is in the south of the Himalayas, which is a holy place for practice, so meditation faces the direction of the Himalayas), which is easy to accept the energy fluctuation of the saints. The sitting posture should be comfortable and stable, and the back, spine and neck should be straight and not stiff. This will help to stabilize the mind, improve concentration, and the qi pulse will not be blocked (in the process of flowing from the bottom of the spine to the top of the head). Sitting posture does not have to be squatting (traditional lotus style, double board). Any comfortable cross-legged posture can provide a stable foundation for the body. This is to provide a triangular channel for the flowing energy, and the flow of energy must be controlled, not let it run around. Metabolism, brain fluctuation and breathing all slow down with the deepening of concentration.

05

Before starting, the next instruction said that my mind would calm down within a certain length of time. Forget the past, present and future.

06

Breathing is conscious and regular breathing at the beginning. In the first five minutes, taking a deep abdominal breath can bring oxygen to the brain. Then slow down the brain activity to a very subtle level.

07

Keep this breathing rhythm, inhale for three seconds and exhale for three seconds. While breathing regularly, it also regulates the flow of energy, and the most important thing is the flow of energy. If you say a spell, the spell should be in harmony with your breathing.

08

Allow your mind to wander at first. It will jump for a while, but eventually it will concentrate.

09

Don't force your mind to stop. This adds another thought to the fluctuation of the brain. If your mind keeps wandering, don't follow, observe objectively, just like watching a movie. Will gradually slow down.

10

Choose a point and focus on it. People who think they are rational can choose the meditation point in the middle of the eyebrows. Those who are more emotional focus their meditation on the heart chakra and never change it.

1 1

Focus on a neutral or positive energy object or symbol and bring this image to the meditation point. If you say a mantra silently, repeat it in your mind and breathe with it. If there is no personal spell, you can use the general spell OM. Although the heart mantra is more powerful, repeat it loudly when you are sleepy. Don't change the exclusive spell (recite it for a lifetime).

12

Mantra chanting can purify the mind, because the fluctuation of sound and thought are integrated, and the repetition of sound is transformed into telepathic language through the repetition of spirit, and the mind is purified.

13

With the practice, the consciousness of subject and object disappears and reaches the state of Samadhi-super consciousness. Don't lose patience, because this process takes a long time.

14

In the samadhi state, people are in a state of bliss, where the knower, knowledge and known become one, which is a state of super-consciousness.

15

Meditation practice can start from 20 minutes and then rise to 1 hour. If the body is dancing and shaking, control and lock the energy in the body.
