Legal analysis: teachers are paid on time, enjoy the welfare benefits stipulated by the state, and take paid vacations in winter and summer vacations. Teachers' salary includes basic salary, post salary, class remuneration, bonus, seniority allowance, class teacher allowance and other allowances, while teachers' salary in winter and summer vacation is generally only basic salary. 2. Teachers are paid in summer vacation and winter vacation, but they are less than usual and have no performance pay.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (Basic Rights) Teachers shall enjoy the following rights:

(a) independently carry out education and teaching activities and obtain corresponding facilities and equipment support and resource guarantee;

(two) engaged in scientific research and academic exchanges, to participate in professional academic groups, to fully express their opinions in academic activities;

(three) to guide students' learning and development, evaluate students' conduct and academic performance, praise, reward, criticize and educate students;

(four) receive wages on time, enjoy the welfare benefits stipulated by the state, and take paid vacations in winter and summer vacations;

(five) to enjoy the right to know, participate, express and supervise the education, teaching and management of the school, and to participate in the democratic management of the school through the staff congress or other legal channels;

(six) to carry out the research and development of curriculum and teaching resources, the transformation of scientific research results, and obtain the corresponding rights and interests;

(seven) to participate in advanced studies or other forms of specialized training and continuing education.
