After submitting an application for joining the Party to the Party branch, college students should be listed as party activists for training, education and investigation.

Designate party member to carry out training and education, incorporate it into the party constitution study group of this branch in time, send it to the party school for training, participate in relevant activities within the party, and establish training and inspection files. The Party branch should check the activists who join the Party once every six months and conduct targeted education.
