Tianjin Mingyuan Vocational Training School, established in 1993, is a formal art vocational training school approved by Tianjin Labor Bureau and Social Security Bureau.

Ms. Wang Puchun, Chairman, graduated from School of Economics of Nankai University, EMBA of Sun Yat-sen University, a famous image designer in China, and is currently the vice president of Tianjin Hairdressing and Beauty Industry Association. In February 2007, she was awarded the honorary title of "National Female Model Worker" by the All-China Women's Federation.
