3. 100% utilization of waste rubber in waste tires;

4. The technology needs to adopt negative pressure pyrolysis technology and corresponding equipment;

5. The dust removal and waste gas treatment in environmental requirements should meet the Integrated Emission Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants and Emission Standard of Odor Pollutants, as well as the recycling of wastewater.

6. Relevant fire protection requirements for workshops, warehouses and yards;

At present, this technology is relatively mature, mainly because the investment is relatively large.

At present, environmental protection abroad is relatively loose, and there are not so many conditions.
