Why should we train activists to join the Party?
The object of development is the connecting link in the process of joining the party. Only after the development target period, party member can submit it to the branch general general party membership meeting for voting. In this process, short-term intensive training is an important and easily overlooked link.

According to the author's experience in related work, in the process of developing party member, many party organizations often confuse the training and education of activists with the short-term intensive training of development targets, so it is also the training of party member. What is the specific difference between the two? First of all, there are different identities, one is the training and education of party activists, and the other is the training and education of development targets. Secondly, the training methods are different. The training and education methods for activists joining the Party are flexible and diverse, and they can concentrate on their studies or participate in some inner-party activities, such as Party Day activities and the New party member swearing-in meeting. Short-term intensive training for development targets must be organized by grassroots party committees for not less than three days or 24 hours, and those who pass the training will be issued with a certificate of completion.

It should be noted that people who have not received short-term intensive training are not allowed to join the party except in some special circumstances, and the short-term training is only valid for one year. Both the development target and the staff responsible for the development of party member should pay attention to avoid serious consequences caused by procedural errors.
