Briefly describe the concept of training effect transfer.
Knowledge transfer is a process in which knowledge is transferred from one person's mind to another's, or from one organization to another. Knowledge transfer includes two stages: knowledge sharing and knowledge absorption. The first step of knowledge transfer is knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing can be carried out through face-to-face communication between people, as well as through e-mail, documents, viewing knowledge base and reading scientific and technological documents. The absorption of knowledge is manifested in transforming other people's knowledge into their own, or successfully applying the knowledge of other organizations to their own organizations.

Levine and Gilbert believe that knowledge transfer is valuable only when it is combined with knowledge creation and acquisition. They divide knowledge transfer into five stages:

Knowledge transfer

First, the presentation of knowledge;

Second, the enjoyment of knowledge;

Third, the evaluation of knowledge value;

Fourth, the dissemination of knowledge;

Fifth, the adoption of knowledge.
