(1) Collecting, sorting out and reviewing the original information and data of civil aviation intelligence;
(2) Editing and publishing comprehensive aviation information and various charts;
(three) to formulate and review the detailed rules for the use of the airport;
(4) Receiving, processing, examining and issuing navigational notices;
(5) Providing aviation information services before and after flight and aviation information and services necessary for air traffic management;
(six) responsible for providing aviation maps, aviation data and data products;
(seven) to organize the implementation of technical business training for aviation intelligence personnel. Article 10 A civil aviation information service institution shall establish an aviation information quality management system and continuously monitor its operation.
The quality management system of aviation information should include the resources, procedures and methods needed to implement quality management at all stages of aviation information work to ensure the traceability, accuracy, clarity and integrity of aviation information. Eleventh series of comprehensive civil aviation information released according to law is the basic basis of aviation navigation. The comprehensive civil aviation information series includes the following contents:
(1) Aviation data compilation, revision of aviation data compilation and supplementary data of aviation data compilation;
(2) Navigation notices and pre-flight information announcements;
(3) Aviation information bulletin;
(4) Effective navigational notice checklist and concise language summary. Article 12 Civil aviation information work shall adopt national legal units of measurement, and English labels may be added to the published aviation information service products when necessary. Thirteenth geographical coordinates and elevation data involved in civil aviation information should be based on the geodetic coordinate system and height system stipulated or approved by the state.
The geographical coordinates provided to the outside world and the coordinate system adopted shall be approved by the competent department of surveying and mapping of the state. Article 14 Coordinated Universal Time shall be adopted as the time reference system for providing civil aviation information to the outside world. Article 15 Civil aviation information work involving state secrets shall be carried out in accordance with state laws, administrative regulations and relevant provisions. Sixteenth without the approval of the Civil Aviation Administration, no unit or individual may reprint, exchange, resell or transfer the civil aviation information released according to law. Chapter III Civil Aviation Information Service Institutions and Duties Article 17 Civil aviation information service institutions include:
(1) National Civil Aviation Information Center;
(2) Regional Civil Aviation Information Center;
(3) Airport Civil Aviation Information Unit. Article 18 A civil aviation information service institution shall be established or approved by the Civil Aviation Administration. Civil aviation information services shall be implemented by civil aviation information service institutions, which shall provide civil aviation information services within the designated scope of duties. Article 19 The National Civil Aviation Information Center shall perform the following duties:
(1) Coordinating the operation of national civil aviation information;
(two) responsible for establishing contact with the joint inspection unit, the relevant departments of the Civil Aviation Administration, the relevant departments of the Air Traffic Control Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration and other original data providers, and collecting the original aviation information;
(3) Examining, sorting out and publishing China Civil Aviation Domestic Aviation Data Compilation, People's Republic of China (PRC) Aviation Data Compilation, Supplementary Data of Aviation Data Compilation, Aviation Data Bulletin and Military Alternate Airport Manual, and being responsible for editing, publishing and revising the charts;
(4) Providing aviation data and information consulting services;
(five) responsible for the issuance of domestic aviation information service products;
(6) To be responsible for the exchange of domestic and international air navigation notices, aviation information and aviation data, and to inspect and guide the issuance of national civil aviation air navigation notices;
(seven) to be responsible for the establishment and implementation of the regular release system of navigational notices;
(eight) to undertake the operation monitoring of the national aviation information automation system;
(nine) to provide technical support for the operation of aviation information business and personnel training to civil aviation information centers in various regions.
