Today, I will share with you how to make mutton kebabs at home. After the kebabs are made, the whole room smells of mutton. It's really delicious and enjoyable. Come with me and see how to make it.
I roast mutton kebabs.
1. Prepare fresh mutton first, and the leg of lamb is recommended to be kebabs. I bought less than 3 kg of mutton at a time, more than half of which was used to make mutton skewers and a small part was used to stew mutton soup. Cut all the mutton into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
2. After all the mutton is cut, start to marinate the mutton. First, cut some shredded onions and put them in a mutton bowl.
Add a proper amount of salt and a small amount of water to the bowl and stir. After stirring evenly, marinate the mutton for half an hour. Remember to put only onions and salt in the seasoning, and don't put other big ingredients. Add a little water when curing, mainly to let onions and salt penetrate into the meat. Only when the mutton absorbs enough water can the roasted mutton be tender.
3. Clean the bamboo sticks of mutton skewers and soak them in water for a while. Roasted mutton is not easy to burn bamboo sticks in the future.
4. After the mutton is marinated, string it one by one with bamboo sticks.
5. After all the mutton is skewered, start roasting. There is no oven at home, so use the oven to roast it. If it is baked in an oven, it will be safer and more reassuring to eat.
I adjusted the temperature up and down to 200 degrees and the baking time to 20 minutes. This can be decided according to the actual situation. Today, my mutton pieces are relatively large, and it will take a long time. After roasting for 20 minutes, take out the mutton skewers, brush both sides with oil, and then evenly sprinkle with red pepper noodles and cumin powder. Then bake in the oven for 3 minutes.
6. The picture below shows the finished kebabs. The kebabs made at home are not only delicious, but also safe and hygienic to eat.
I like kebabs best. The room is full of fragrance, and you can smell it downstairs. Grab a handful and throw it beautifully with a small glass of beer. Hey, I'm really addicted!
