In the next fifteen days, as an employee of State Grid Corporation, I will be trained in knowledge and some basic skills, such as two votes, computer, electric power laws and regulations, contract law, safety regulations, emergency rescue law and so on. After more than fifteen days of training, my theoretical knowledge and professional skills have been greatly improved, and I have learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn in textbooks before, and my comprehensive quality has also been improved to a certain extent. We have received training in basic electrician skills, basic safety skills, pole climbing operation, erection structure of various primary equipment and matters needing attention. On the first day, we had pole climbing training. As a member of State Grid Corporation, pole climbing is a basic skill. From this day's training, under the patient guidance of the teacher, we all mastered the most basic skill of standardized pole climbing. In the next few days, we received training in basic electrician skills and safety. We learned some basic skills such as how to do standard electric shock first aid, wiring, cable making, porcelain bottle binding, wiring and so on. As a front-line employee of power production, he may encounter electric shock at any time. Learning the standard electric shock first aid is not only responsible for yourself, but also for others. We did the actual operation for several days. Of course, theory alone is not enough, and practice can produce true knowledge. Then we conducted practical training, combining the theory and practice we have learned before and complementing each other. Under the tireless teaching of the teacher, we asked the teacher for some problems we encountered, and under the guidance of the teacher, all the problems were solved. The previous non-standard essentials and some on-site precautions have also been well supplemented by practical operation. In the whole training, I think it is more important that during the fifteen-day training, we have gained friendship and team spirit between them, which will benefit us a lot in our future work. The training passed in a blink of an eye. After this training, I made a serious summary of my career. Knowing that a person's success lies not in how much money he earns, but in how much contribution he can make to the unit and society in his own post, which is the value I can reflect in my own post.
