Hong Vocational Skills Training School is a diversified professional training school focusing on fancy bartending, English bartending and coffee drinks. It is the first national youth center for migrant workers established by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the youth entrepreneurship training base designated by the Qingdao Youth League Committee. Headquartered in Qingdao, it has several branches in Chengdu and Nanchang.

Since its establishment, it has attracted much attention from all walks of life and has been followed up by CCTV's Focus Interview and other columns. Among the few bartenders in China, there are seven teachers and students from Hong, who enjoy a high reputation among their peers.
