Method for planting Flammulina velutipes
In the planting process of Flammulina velutipes, fresh, clean and mildew-free fungus materials should be selected, poured thoroughly with water, left standing for about 2-4 hours, and then put into bags for sterilization. The fungus bag should be placed in a culture room with a temperature of about 20-25℃ and covered with a transparent film. The stem is 2 cm long and the humidity should be kept at about 90%.

1, preparation of bacteria

Preparation of fungus material is the basic requirement of Flammulina velutipes cultivation method. Firstly, cottonseed hull, corn flour, wheat bran, corncob, gypsum powder, soybean, calcium superphosphate and a proper amount of sugar are selected and mixed together, kept fresh and clean without mildew, watered and put in a closed environment for 2-4 hours.

2. Bagging and sterilization: put the selected fungus materials into a special fungus bag, cut one end of the bag with scissors to ensure normal fruiting, and then compact the other end by hand. After both sides are installed, they are tied with small ropes and sterilized in a high-pressure environment, mainly by spraying a small amount of potassium permanganate solution.

3. Inoculation and culture

Inoculate the sterilized plastic bags in the greenhouse, mainly by treating them with proper amount of formaldehyde once, and then put them into the culture room, with the temperature preferably controlled at about 20 ~ 25℃ and covered with transparent film. After the mycelium is fully developed, the film should be uncovered and ventilated every day to ensure the growth of mycelium.

4. Environmental management When a small amount of white liquid remains on the mushroom bed, it is necessary to support the film about 20 cm high, cover it with a layer of newspaper, and spray water mist on it every day to keep it in the best moist state. Don't spray water directly on mushrooms, so as not to cause mycelium rot, so as to strengthen air circulation.

5. Cultivation management

When the stem is 2 cm long, the internal humidity should be kept at about 90%; When the length of 10 cm is long, the water spraying shall be controlled in time, and the air humidity shall be kept at about 80% ~ 85%. Indoor air should be kept unobstructed for 2 ~ 3 weeks before fruiting. When the mushroom grows to 12 cm, it should be harvested immediately, cleaned and dried.
